It’s About Justice

If you come to Dixon Law Office, the first thing you will notice is a painting of this Bible verse:

Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows. Isaiah 1:17 (NLT)

This verse says a lot about how we represent our clients at Dixon Law Office.  We seek justice for our clients every day.  Every case.  Every time.  It is the guiding principle for all we do and how we work on all our cases every day.

Justice for our clients can take many forms.  For some, it means a monetary settlement shortly after an injury.  For others, it is going to trial against a mammoth corporation who has refused to do what is right.  For some, it is securing paid medical treatment after an on-the-job injury.  Others might need a simple meeting to give them direction on how to move forward.

When someone is seriously injured, justice is often about monetary compensation.  Because we cannot take away the pain, scars, and limitations, money is the only thing we can do to offset those losses.  That is why money is often equated with justice.
